Dr. Amin has been in the United States since 1996. Previously, he worked for five years in South Africa as a primary care physician before coming to the United States. He completed his Internal Medicine and Pediatrics residency at Overlook Hospital in New Jersey, and finished his geriatric fellowship at Jersey Shore Medical Center where he was awarded the Best Fellow of the Year Award. Recently, he worked at Pitt County Memorial Hospital and was a clinical assistant professor at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also worked at East Carolina University, Brody School of Medicine in Greenville, NC. He lives in Greensboro with his wife and children.
Dr. Van Eyk is a native of Asheboro and has family and friends in the area. He worked as a breast cancer research coordinator before going to medical school at the East Carolina University School of Medicine. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville, NC. For several years, he also worked as a hospitalist for Physician East Urgent Care Clinic in Greenville. He lives in Asheboro with his wife and two children.
My name is Jacqueline Mawoneke. I am a Licensed Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Nursing Practice Degree and went on to complete my education and receive my license as a Nurse Practitioner with a board certification in Adult Geriatrics. I am a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. I am looking forward to working at Randolph Primary Care and providing collaborative care to all patients and leading to positive outcomes in physical and emotional health. In my spare time I enjoy outdoor activities, reading and traveling and spending time with my family and friends.
Christy grew up in Montgomery County. She obtained her BSN from Winston-Salem State University and her Master’s Degree in Nursing from East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. She is a board certified Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing background is in Emergency Medicine and Cardiology. She spent thirteen years in the Cardiology Unit before becoming a Nurse Practitioner. She currently sees patients at long–term care and assisted living facilities. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Montgomery County where she enjoys spending time with her family and attending church.
Jordan is a certified family nurse practitioner. She’s been in the health care field for over 10 years, starting her journey as a nursing assistant, a nurse and now as a nurse practitioner. She obtained her RN from Guilford Technical Community College in 2010, BSN from UNC Charlotte in 2013 and MSN-FNP degree from the George Washington University in 2016. She grew up in High Point, NC and has been in this area for most of her life. She has a 5-year-old daughter and a baby boy who are the light of her life. Her passion is preventative health care and helping patients live healthy and fulfilling lives.
